I had a choice between this and the laneige one but i really liked the ginger ingredient here. This is really sticky. If that sticky heavy feeling on your lips bother you, i wouldn't recommend it. I personally do not mind it so it was fine. I usually apply just before I go to bed and in the morning I always exfoliate because if i don't then my lips will show the cracks and the dead skin will be patchy. So this mask doesn't really do any healing, but it somewhat wets your dry patches overnight so you can easily exfoliate them in the morning. It's a good product, but the next time I would get one that also heals my lips too.
