My first impression of this sunscreen was that it absorbed quite quickly into my skin! It feels smooth and, even though it's not the Soft Finish sunscreen, it does leave a smooth finish that doesn't feel greasy. The formula is very runny like a milk, yet it feels heavy enough on the skin to moisturise it a bit. It has quite a strong perfumed smell, which I was worried would become overwhelming. There is a slight white cast that might not be noticeable on paler or cooler toned skin. On mine (approx. NW25), I didn't think it would be noticeable, but then my friend said I looked a bit pale... It does seem to fade after about an hour though.
After using it for a couple of days, I noticed it doesn't really control sebum around my nose and forehead, which makes them super shiny. So I wouldn't recommend using this without any sebum controlling products if you have oily or combination skin. I also tried using it whilst going swimming and it doesn't feel like it would be waterproof at all! It just felt like it had washed off with the chlorine in the pool... I would highly recommend reapplying it after swimming. I don't trust the waterproof claim!
I probably wouldn't buy this again, because it doesn't seem to be worth its price. It's a decent sunscreen that doesn't do anything particularly special. If you're just looking for a basic sunscreen then this one is good. Otherwise, I will probably pick a soothing moisturiser that has added sun protection.
