Rate Date 2015-07-26 21:31:04 Recommend 81 Recommend Views 1306 I bought 03 and the base colour is a pale blue with very faint purple flecks. The colour itself is very nice, but the formula is very watery and has to be applied multiple times, also trying to get it to change colour is hard and required it to be very very cold. A little disappointing.
