This toner comes in a plastic bottle. It smells roses, a bit too strong for me so those that are sensitive to strong fragrances should be aware because the rose scent still lingers afterwards. It’s a good toner, doesn’t sting, just a tiny bit on the dryer parts of my face though, however I feel this toner is gentle and cleanse the face. Because of the scent I will not repurchase this toner but if you like the fragrance of roses then you might want to try this toner.
