Rate Date 2018-11-24 05:10:42 Recommend 0 Recommend Views 172 The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it hasn't reached a HG status "yet" (I have been using it for a few weeks). I have a dry/dehydrated acne/clog prone skin, so I'm always looking for hydrating toners that won't clog my pores. This toner is very hydrating with minimal ingredients. Instead of the 7 skin method, I apply 3 layers and my skin feels hydrated. It absorbs quickly with a "soft smooth finish". The texture is rather viscous than watery. I'm liking this toner and will RP!
