Rate Date 2020-02-04 06:54:04 Recommend 0 Recommend Views 320 Cant use it on my face- gives me red small bumps :( - because of arbutin, i guess. Nicely works for neck & decolette. No strong smell, nice package, product watery, non- sticky and non- greasy. Absorbes easily.
