Not the best on my liquid waterproof liner, but worked really well on the wax based ones, also worked really nicely on any foundation sunblock, and eyemakeup. A pro is that it comes with a spatula and It was so much product! I barely needed any to use on my entire face. It is solid when scooped but then melts when applied, it doesnt drip down your arms or anything. It also washes off white just like any other oil remover.Only con is that it doesnt remove everything
