I'm still not quite sure of what exactly toners are supposed to do but from what I found out, toner is supposed to moisturize your face a little after all the cleansing routine and somehow prepare your face for next steps of your skincare. Well I'll stop talking about nothing and just say that I feel like this toner does it. At least the second part. Because of its consistency, I'm not that sure about how much it moisturizes because it basically feels like a water. However I feel like this prepares my skin nicely for the next steps.
