This SMELLS FANTASTIC.
I am not a huge fan of florals and I did roll the dice to take a chance
with the camellia scent. But I love it ~ the scent is not overpowering
and it does smell like camellia flowers. When I read the ingredient
list,I had originally thought that this product was a conditioner ~ it
certainly sounds like it, with all of its moisturizing oils. That said,
it is not a conditioner, it is a watery liquid and I actually replaced
the flip top on this bottle with a pump ~ a spray one would be better,
imho. The flip cap was making me lose a lot of product from my hand to
my head, while the pump allows me to just pump the rinse directly on my
head!!
The
first time I used this, I did so without a pre-conditioner step. That
was a mistake as my hair was so tangled and quite frankly, dry. After
that, I made sure I conditioned my hair first, then rinsed and then used
the Holika Holika product. I leave it on for about 5 minutes and then
rinse out completely, smelling flowery fresh. I do notice that when I
use this product my hair *feels* thicker and it really enhances the
"curl" from my velco rollers ~ giving me a lot more bounce and body, as
well as shine. Two thumbs up for this delicate floral scented vinegar
rinse!
