This whole collection is targeted to people with cool skin tone but this shade works well on my neutral skin tone. The formula is a little bit different from their previous versions. This one lasts longer and makes the lips look plump and velvety. Leaves a stain and doesn't come off easily. I also wanted to get #26 but is sold out :( Anyways, I love these lquid lipsticks, they're one of the bests in the market.
